Case study

Sunbelt by Sevil needed a website and a brand to carry it. In 2023 Airwalk launched both: around 80 pages built from scratch, with a look that stands apart from other real estate sites and subtle motion that keeps it alive.

Case file 04

Sunbelt by Sevil. Real estate.

A new residential project needed to be seen and trusted. Airwalk built the website from nothing, together with the logo, the brand guidelines and everything printed, so all of it speaks one language.

The process

Five steps. One launch.

How the website and the brand came out together.

01

Brand first

The logo and the brand guidelines came first. They set the colours, the type and the tone the website would follow.

Result: one set of rules

02

Stand apart

Many real estate websites look alike. The brief was to look like none of them, while staying easy to read and easy to trust.

Result: a distinctive look

03

Subtle motion

Movement guides the eye and gives the pages life, but it never gets in the way of the content or slows anyone down.

Result: motion graphics with a light touch

04

Build

About 80 pages, built from scratch in Webflow and written in Romanian for the people who buy and rent there.

Result: a live website on sevil.ro

05

Care

Airwalk handles every update, alongside the print, fair and social media work, so the brand stays the same everywhere.

Result: one brand, kept consistent

In their words

“Airwalk was with us from start to finish. Over the years our brand came to life, got noticed and found its direction. They don’t crack under pressure. They deliver.”

Before you ask

Good questions.

Can Airwalk make the brand and the website together?

Yes, exactly like here. A brand and a website together usually cost between 9,500 and 16,000 lei with Airwalk. See all web design prices.

Can my website be in two languages?

Yes. Sunbelt by Sevil needed Romanian only, but Airwalk’s own website runs in English and Romanian.

Why Webflow?

Webflow hosts the website itself, with SSL included, and there are no plugins or server software to keep patching. Fewer moving parts means fewer ways in, and pages load fast from day one.

Can the client edit the website?

This client chose to leave every update to Airwalk, so they edit nothing themselves. If you would rather change texts on your own, Airwalk can set that up for you.
